Working on a custom made Bosco lever machine our baristas will work in a new all day restaurant and receive training from one of the leading single origin coffee baristas.
This all day casual dining restaurant serves single origin coffee and holds a strong coffee program serving coffee for drink in as well as for take away
Our baristas must be able to:
- Work under pressure
- Be comfortable with setting up grinders and adjusting the grind throughout the day
- Watch and taste shots for quality control
- Have high levels of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Consistently make good presentable coffee quickly
- Capable of making latte art
We offer 5 straight shifts and 40-50 hours per week.
