We are looking for a new Bar Team Member to join the team in Marquess of Anglesey part of the vibrant pub company Young and Co.'s Brewery, P.L.C. The role is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of up to £9 per hour depending on experience plus excellent benefits. We are a very busy bar/restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden.
What are the responsibilities of the Bar Team Member?
As a Bar Team Member you will be responsible for delivering service excellence to our customers at all times. You will demonstrate your knowledge of our products through making recommendations and by serving and presenting all our drink products perfectly. You will be responsible for adhering to licensing, food safety and health and safety legislation ensuring our pubs are safe for team and customers alike
What do we look for in a Bar Team Member?
You will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You’ll get lots of training, learn about all our products and have a good time along the way. experience preferred and must be able to speak English. Successful candidate must be able to work over the Christmas and New years period also.
