About Us
Forge and Co is a unique social Canteen in the heart of Shoreditch.
The Canteen, serving Modern British cuisine, is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner offering an elegant selection of dishes using locally sourced produce, regional farmers.  We encourage communal dining in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere and the team work hard to produce a friendly and welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will have:
*Exceptional service standards and at least 1 year of experience in similar environment (London preferable).
*Someone who can create a memorable experience the guest will never forget.
*Outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team.
*Ability to deliver a warm and charming management style which will engage your guests and the team.
*Real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long term relationships with guests.
*experience in handling guest feedback with the confidence to communicate this to the management team.
*Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
