Experienced Quantity Surveyor required for a busy Brickwork Company.
Would suit a mature experienced person wishing to fit into a thriving family business.
Must be computer literate in both Word and Excel, and a working knowledge of the brickwork trade would be an advantage.
Full surveying function as listed below but not definitive:
• Measurement, abstract and billing for tender purposes
• Fortnightly and Monthly valuations
• Final Accounts
• Complete requisition for Sub Contractor Payments
• Preparation of Contract Cost Value Reconciliations
• Attend and represent the Company at client meetings
• Order materials and Plant
• All correspondence Commercial and Contractual
• Adjudication/Arbitration knowledge advantageous
• Have excellent communication and problem solving skills
• A full driving licence
• Assist in the completion of O and M manuals
