Strive to pour the best Brew, whether single origin espresso, V60 or Aeropress. Knowledge of dialing in multiple grinders and extraction of the best possible shot. Ability to texture milk perfectly and high level of latte art skills. Great positive attitude and bubbly personality. Willingness to tackle any given task from food prep to cleaning. Full time applicants should be available to work both weekdays and weekends. Part time applicants should be available to work a minimum of 2 days per week, including weekends.
