Position: Executive Assistant
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
Job type: Permanent
The successful applicant will work with CEO of the business, in ensuring the smooth running of the company’s internal operations, external networking, Human Resources /recruiting and board reporting activities.
This is a demanding and broad ranging role with a huge amount of responsibility in the management of company and staff affairs. You must be an intelligent and pro-active self-starter with the confidence, organisation and resourcefulness to handle the job.
Some of your key early goals will include:
Setting up and maintaining a new internal Human Resources system for all staff.
Setting up onboarding and performance tracking for new and current hires.
While day to day responsibilities may include:
Handling CEO calendar and schedule.
Preparing confidential board materials, collecting and maintaining data.
Coordinating and book international team travel arrangements.
Helping coordinate company events and conferences.
Investor and Book-keeper relations.
Requirements:
Intelligent - strong academic results with degree level qualification.
Communicator - excellent writing skills and literacy a must.
Tech Savvy - competence with web data, spreadsheets and business applications highly important.
Organisation and Planning - evidence of capability at event or team organisation a must.
Human Resources and Recruiting experience - people management a big plus.
Stock Market interest - or investing experience a big plus.
