Sales / lettings negotiator wanted

We are currently looking for Sales / Lettings Negotiators to join our busy team in Putney office.

We require highly motivated and target driven individuals. experience in residential lettings and sales are advantageous but not essential. This is a permanent full time position with prospect. You must be self-motivated and sales driven.

The successful candidate must be able to multi-task in order to meet each deadline and be able to work well under pressure; professional work ethic, excellent telephone manner and smart appearance are essential.

Duties

Working to financial, individual and team targets.
Dealing with all Sales / letting emails and phone enquiries.
Ensuring appropriate and timely use of all marketing material.
Selling all company services strongly and ethically to generate new and repeat business.
Organising property viewings
Opening and developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
Canvassing and bringing on new instructions.

The Individual

Well-presented and have a professional approach.
Be computer literate - specifically with the ability to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent standard of communication
Excellent written skills, spelling/punctuation/grammar.
Customer focused
Highly organised
Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximize appointment and activity levels.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
High accuracy and attention to detail
Be able to multi-task

Different packages available comprising of basic and commissions.
OTE earning £35K (First Year)
Monthly and yearly bonuses
