Busy Estate Agents based in NW10, looking for an ambitious, self-driven candidate with the following skills:
• Target driven with a can do attitude
• Ambition to grow within the company
• Computer literate and well presented
• Clean drivers license
• Own car but not essential as company car can be supplied
• Just gets on with it
Daily Tasks Include:
• Register/update Applicants correctly
• Property/applicant matching
• Sales viewings minimum 10 a week
• Ensure we have TOBS, Proof of Ownership, Address and ID’s
• Be receptive to training/information given by any senior staff member
• Database calling (Vendors/Applicants)
• Vendor Feedback on a regular basis
• General office admin
Weekly Tasks Include:
• Conduct board surveys, report and attend to them appropriately
• Touting
• New properties on market
• Door knocking
• Leafleting
• Board Canvassing
• Co-operate in weekly meetings
• Vendor updates
ON TARGET EARNINGS £30,000 - £35,000 PER ANNUM.
Will consider applicants with or without experience, as training will be given on the job.
