The Venue
Tucked away at the edge of Carnaby street is Soho’s biggest secret – GEM. In the afternoon we are a great place to grab a bite to eat or catch up over a cheeky cocktail. As the night comes upon us, GEM changes with it, the music gets louder, the crowd gets busier but the friendly service, crafted cocktails, great food and constant vibes all remain the same.
The Role:
As Duty Manager, you will thrive on the challenge, learning new elements of the business. You will flourish in this fast-paced working environment, tackling all aspects of the role and utilising all the resources available to you. You will have the drive to succeed and take ownership of your development to be a success in your role.
This role requires you to be able to demonstrate an attention to detail and deliver exceptional customer service and high standards in a casual trendy setting.
