We are Team Sport Indoor Karting now and are now recruiting a Part time Duty Manager for our Acton, West London track including weekends and evenings. For over 20 years, we’ve been running awesome tracks across the UK supported by state of the art karts and amazing staff at each site.
As a duty Manger you’ll be leading by example, inspiring employees to keep our customers’ hearts racing and adrenaline pumping, and with 500m of multi-level track to play with, that shouldn’t be too hard. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the track from:
- Energising and coordinating staff on shift to engage with our customers and offer a ‘peak performance’
- Ensuring that customers and staff comply with our H and S standards
- Supervision and stock taking of the snack bar to re-fuel our customers
- Up-selling Team Sport’s awesome products and events
