We are currently recruiting for a Duty Manager for our London hotel – this role is vital to the day to day running of our hotel.
The Duty Manager’s job revolves around making sure that guests have an amazing stay with us, by providing excellent hospitality and service.

What we are looking for: 
- experience in hospitality and an interest in working for an independent hotel 
- Extremely organised with the ability to multi-task 
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment 
- Keen eye for detail 
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations and environments 
- Ability to think quickly in order to solve problems and challenges 
- An amazing communicator - with both guests and the rest of the team 
- Previous experience in a hotel reception or restaurant supervisor role would be a distinct advantage 
Duties include: 
- Check-in’s and Check-out’s, managing invoices, bills and guest accounts. 
- Taking Reservations and enquiries for the hotel, restaurant and bar. 
- Ensuring guests are looked after. 
- Ensuring cleanliness and presentation of the hotel and restaurant is to a 5* standard at all times. 
- Working with the housekeeping team in order to maintain 5* standards. 
- Weekly duties such as stock counts and ordering.
