Bar Story and Peckham Springs are looking for a Duty Manager / Bar Supervisor to help lead and inspire the bar team.
Offering a quality selection of cocktails, spirits, Beers and wine, we are seeking an experienced and creative bar supervisor who has excellent cocktail knowledge, a passion for the industry and a commitment to providing great customer service.
The role will include assisting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in the effective running of the bar, ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining an exceptional standard of delivery and managing the bar team to ensure the highest standards are upheld across the board.
We are looking for someone with:
Proven experience in high volume environment
Strong cocktail knowledge/experience
An understanding of what great guest service looks like
experience in bar supervision and management
experience in cashing up, key holding and closing up
Effective communication with guests and staff
Energy and enthusiasm – you will be play a vital role in ensuring our bars remain successful!

Contract: Full Time
Salary: Between £22,000 and £24,000
