Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a salary of £45,000-£51,250 per annum.
The Digital Marketing Manager role:
To contribute to Peabody’s goals for growth, through the creation, implementation and continuous enhancement of the digital marketing strategy. Create a seamless, self-service online customer journey, delivering qualified and hot leads to the sales team.
Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:
- Effectively and proactively lead, manage and motivate the team ensuring that there is a culture of high performance, strong engagement and a commitment to continual improvement.
- Recruit, manage and appraise employees thereby ensuring the provision of an effective, efficient and well-motivated team.
- Establish and implement effective working arrangements and practices to ensure a consistent level of service delivery in line with the Peabody business plan.
- Monitor and review the internal and external environment to ensure compliance and best practice are adhered to.
- Prepare, monitor and deliver individual and team targets/budgets in line with the Peabody business plan.
- Ensure the provision of excellent customer service and experience to all stakeholders in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
What we’re looking for in our Digital Marketing Manager:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Relevant Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification.
- Substantial experience of successfully creating, implementing and reporting on results of digital marketing strategies.
- Significant and demonstrable project management experience.
- Proven experience managing complex websites and optimising customer journeys and user experience (UX)
- Proven track record in campaign strategy, execution and measurement (SEO, PPC, HTML emails, social media and content marketing programs)
- Significant experience shaping customer databases to optimise segmentation capabilities and enable targeted marketing communications.
- experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Content Management (CMS) and email systems.
- Substantial experience using Google Analytics and other digital measurement tools to analyse and optimise website and channel performance.
- experience devising and delivering social media and content marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript an advantage.
