We’re looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to work in the kitchen of our stylish and unique Hoi Polloi restaurant. You will be assisting and preparing dishes from very creative and varied menus.
The role requires an understanding of commis duties including food preparation and delivery, waste/stock control, health and safety, and preparation standards.

You have some previous experience at Commis level in a quality hotel and/or restaurant. You are proactive, have a good level of spoken English and enjoy working within a team. You are a self-starter with a keen sense of urgency. You take ownership of your individual responsibilities. Pressure is a cannon for motivation and you are eager to develop your skill set and grow in a lifestyle brand.
