Working for this quality modern British 2AA restaurant, they are seeking an experienced and talented Demi Chef de Partie to join their fantastic brigade.
The successful candidate will have proven experience within quality British / European restaurants, at 1/2AA Rosette level.
You will need to be passionate about quality food, enthusiastic, able to work in a team and on own initiative.
