Demi Chef de Partie £23k - 5 star hotel in central London. We currently require a demi chef de partie to cook 5* dishes, this is a great opportunity to learn loads as a demi chef de partie.

The role:
As a Demi chef de partie you will run one of the sections in the kitchen and work on a range of sections, this is a great chance to learn different areas. You will be involved in Prep for your fridge and cook during service. This role will include all the normal Demi chef de partie duties.

experience:
We are looking for either a Demi chef de partie or a commis chef looking to step up.
