We are looking for a Demi chef to join our team at Cambridge Street Kitchen.
We are a fast paced busy all day neighbourhood restaurant winning a Timeout London award last year. Our menu focuses on using fresh seasonal ingredients in an informal relaxed setting.
Situated close to Victoria Station, the restaurant is part of the award winning Artist Residence hotel group with 10 boutique hotel bedrooms above the restaurant and The Clarendon Cocktail Cellar in the basement. This is the newest opening from the Artist Residence group, with two other hotels in Brighton, Cornwall and Oxfordshire soon to be coming.
We also host events and you must be able to work well under pressure. There are times where it will be extremely busy!
Ideally the Demi chef should have previous experience working in busy independent restaurant and have a good understanding of high standards as well as:
- A real passion for food and cooking.
- Loves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Has experience working in London restaurants
- Wants to create exciting food and develop menus.
- Excellent knowledge of hygiene and HACCP regulations
