The Marketers Forum (TMF) is a marketing training and consultancy business based in London. TMF is accredited by Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and the Market Research Society (MRS). TMF also has a rapidly growing consultancy business specialising in Customer experience driven branding. TMF is at an exciting development stage with plans to double in size over the next 24months.
The role comprises three core elements:
Responding to new enquiries
Handling face-to-face, telephone and electronic enquiries from customers throughout customer journey.
Improving all customer services processes with the intent to achieve ISO or IIP accreditation.
The successful candidate will need to show:
Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other business functions.
Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require.
Problem-solving skills
Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations.
Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards.
Organisational and planning skills to develop customer service policies.
A commitment to improve your own customer service skills on an ongoing basis.
