We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team in Romford, Essex.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing a positive response to customer requests and taking ownership of the client to ensure good customer outcomes. These will range from dealing with queries regarding validation of policies and claims, through to assisting clients with some payment issues they may have.
Attention to detail and complete diligence on each task are paramount to this role.
