W1 Self Storage is a growing self-storage business that operates within the Harley Street Q Park car park. W1 Self Storage is part of Vanguard Self Storage which has been trading for over 50 years. We are looking for a permanent part-time customer service assistant to join the team in Oxford Circus.
The role is varied and will involve dealing with customers on a regular basis, taking payments, managing accounts, dealing with enquiries, selling merchandise and keeping the store clean and tidy. The role would suit applicants looking for a part-time position working Saturdays 10am to 4pm and Sundays 10am to 2pm.

• The ability to get on with everyone in the team.
• To be fluent in English both written and spoken.
• To be computer literate.
• An outgoing personality with good initiative.
• To be able to work in a methodical way.
• To have an excellent telephone manner.
• To be able to work shifts including weekends and some lone-working.
• A flexible approach to hours and duties.
• To have customer service experience in retail or similar.
• Ideally to have a driving licence.
