This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious customer service advisor.
Our Client seeks a Customer Service professional with responsibilities to include:

Handling customer enquiries coming in from our various websites.
Corresponding with customers by email, phone and livechat.
Customer service, both telephone- and correspondence-based.
Allocating leads/enquiries to colleagues at our various dealerships up and down the country.

Preferred experience

Call / contact centre, preferably with appointment-booking.
Livechat, internet lead handling and email customer service experience.

Are you immediately available, have an excellent telephone manner and have previous experience in a customer Service to include a high attention to detail? This could be the role for you.
