Part-Time Customer Service Agent
Temporary-to-Permanent position
£8 Per hour
Monday to Saturday – 3pm – 7pm weekdays and 9am – 1pm Saturday (Some flexibility)
North-West London
Our client is looking for an individual to join their customer service team on a Part-Time basis. Based in the North-West London area, the individual will be required to work 6 days (Monday – Saturday) a week and a total of 24 hours.
Duties:
Answer inbound calls from customers and clients.
Deal with any enquires and queries that come through in a timely manner.
Liaise with team managers if any issues have arisen.
Log information and data entry into their in-house system.
General administration duties on request.
Requirements:
Previous Customer Service experience.
Working within a call centre environment would be beneficial.
Previous inbound call handling experience.
Computer literate.
Excellent telephone manner.
Able to work six days a week.
Benefits:
