Customer Service Needed in London

Trans-Fast Remittance (London) Ltd are currently seeking to recruit a customer service representative to work full-time (weekly rotating shifts - including Saturdays)
Candidates will have excellent organisational skills, able to work as part of a multi-cultural team and must have great communication skills in English and Portuguese. Candidate need to have a passion for customer service and ability to go the extra-mile in terms of delivering an exceptional support in every interaction with each of Trans-Fast's customers.
Responsibilities:

To respond to all customer enquiries and give support by phone and email.
Register customer details in system, process orders.
To create follow-up contacts with prospective customers.

Competencies:

Strong computer/web skills (Email, web applications, Google Apps Suite)
Good phone etiquette
Good verbal and writing skills in both English and Portuguese.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and think creatively when dealing with problems.

Candidate must have previous experience in a similar role (2 + years)
