Customer Service Staff needed for Fareham, Bournemouth, Tolworth and Southampton Central
Are you friendly and articulate with excellent communication skills?
Are you available to start Monday 6th november?
We urgently need individuals for assisting passengers navigate their way to the bus replacement services for the following stations: Fareham, Bournemouth, Tolworth , Southampton Central.
This is an on-going role with opportunities to work during weekdays and weekends throughout 2022. The role would specifically suit individuals who are fully flexible when required at short notice.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of all passengers travelling through the allocated stations, assisting with directions, travel times and general customer service inquiries.
You need to have good communication skills. The role requires you to make occasional public announcements.
You must also be physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for a full shift.
Working hours:
FIRST Event: Wednesday 8th of November leading up to Thursday 9th of November 2022 and more
Various Shifts available including early morning and late evenings.
Pay rate:
£10/hour (including holiday entitlement)
What to do next:

If you are successful you will need to attend an induction at our Office at Finchley Central on Monday the 6th November.
If you are successful you will receive a phone interview over the weekend.
