Wheelfreedom are a mobility equipment retailer based in Wandsworth, SW18 that delivers powered wheelchairs and mobility scooters across London and the South East.
We are seeking a customer-focused delivery driver to start immediately, providing cover during a busy 4 - 8 week period. The day will be spent driving a company van, carrying out deliveries and collections, as well as setting up and basic demonstration of simple equipment to ensure that customers are confident with its usage.
The role is not a typical "multi-drop" one, and it involves spending time with customers for a handful of deliveries / collections per day. Our primary concern is customer service, and it is therefore key that the successful candidate is patient, and has exemplary customer service skills.
No experience with mobility equipment is required, as full training will be provided. However, a "hands-on" approach and willingness to learn are vital.
The ideal candidate:
-available immediately
-full clean driving licence
-local to South West London
-experience in a customer-facing role
-patient
-flexible
The position is a full-time one, Monday – Friday, with the potential for work on Saturdays if desired.
