We're looking for a super efficient team member to fill the position of Customer Support Representative for our Nail Polish Company. Personality is key.
As a customer support rep your main responsibilities will be:
Collating a database of new customers
Visiting salons with sample packs and marketing collateral.
Acting as a first point of contact for our salon customers, offering a personal service, supported by our range of great products.
Supporting customers across email and phone.
Building relationships with our customers, to find solutions that are right for them.
Developing knowledge of our products, and the overall nail industry, to provide advice and insight to customers and colleagues.
Identifying ways to improve our customer journey, and using your initiative to suggest effective solutions.
This is not a sales job
experience essential
Key Skills
experience within a similar environment or customer service role.
Advanced IT skills - we use Apple MACs
Exceptional Customer Service
Excellent listening and communication
Motivation to go above and beyond for customers.
Time Management - speed is of the essence whilst maintaining accuracy with attention to detail.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9.30am - 4.30pm
Location: 5mins from Leyton Station (Central Line)
MUST be able to live/work in the UK
Full Driving License required** - not mandatory but preferable.
