With responsibility for a portfolio of debtor accounts, you will ensure that customers are fully aware of our credit terms and credit control policy, and that the amounts owed are collected in a timely fashion. Your efficiency and commercial focus will enable you to meet team and company targets, deal effectively with queries and ensure that service levels are met. You will also take care of cash collection and administration.
To succeed, you will need credit control experience gained in a commercial environment and first-rate negotiating skills. An aptitude for problem-solving is also required, backed by the ability to work on your own initiative and think quickly in a dynamic environment. Having previously worked in a telephone-based role, you will bring a personable and efficient telephone manner, plus a flair for delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
