Your responsibilities as a Credit Controller / Cashier will include:- Reporting to the Credit Manager and Regional Support, the Credit controller/cashier is responsible for the review and approval of all Rooms and F and B commission invoices for payment- Providing cover and support to the Hotel Cashier role in the absence of the Hotel Cashier- Ensuring receipt of all payments including cheques/BACS, prompt invoicing and timely debt settlement- Ensuring companies are IATA registered and invoices are paid to the correct company by reconciling statements received We are looking for The ideal Credit Controller / Cashier will:- Have previous experience in a high volume finance environment- Have experience of adhering to hotel and company procedures- Previous Credit Control experience- experience with settling debts within a timely manner and being pro active to resolve issues- Ability to keep to strict time lines and able to complete month end paperwork efficiently- Advanced English language skills and has excellent communication skills- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
