Linked Couriers offer same day courier services across the UK and are currently in the market looking for a Credit Control and Sales Ledger Administrator to join their growing accounts team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager responsibilities include:
• Maintaining accurate ledger customer accounts.
• Raising sales invoices and credit notes.
• Respond to all internal/external queries/information requests professionally, promptly and accurately.
• Credit Control responsibilities
• Ensure accurate data entry
• Resolving any payment queries
• Produce and reconcile reports - investigating any discrepancies
• General administrative responsibilities
