A Chick Team Member works as part of a team in a Chick shop in the kitchen and front of house.
They are responsible for creating an efficient and welcoming environment engaging and “wowing” our customers and producing great quality Chick food.

Key responsibilities:

To maintain good relationships with all of the shop’s team.

To work together to ensure the shop and kitchen is the best it can be.

To serve customers efficiently, politely and quickly in an engaging manner.

To take the time to respond to customers’ needs and to deliver outstanding and amazing service.

To create delicious food according to Chick's standards in an efficient, safe environment.
