Corporate Front Line Receptionist£26,000-£28,000 plus BenefitsA leading prestigious Membership organisation situated in the Westend are looking to recruit a Professional, Corporate Front Line Receptionist to act as a welcoming face of their company. Situated on Front Line Reception you will provide excellent customer service at all times. Responsibilities  include;To provide a professional front line reception support at all times Meeting and greeting all clients, members of the public and visitors Take ownership and promote the brand of the company Arrange and attend weekly meeting of venues taking place Fully understand policies and procedures Report any facilities issues to the Help Desk People checks; Challenge anyone entering the building who does not hold a current pass on them, regardless of who they are. Checking all security passes on a daily basis Act as Fire Marshall and to liaise with management on any emergency evacuations Key Qualities for this role are as follows;A professional approach with a mature outlookTo have a Tenacious, robust and confident manner Excellent organisational skills Previous experience as a corporate receptionist The aim of this role is to deliver a 5* customer service Excellent working conditions and benefits.
