Bennett Hay are recruiting for an engaging and polished Receptionist to join our team in the provision of 5-star hospitality services for a high profile corporate client, based in Uxbridge.
The job.
Our client is a leading global energy company, demanding 5 star service for all of their guests and on-site staff. Bennett Hay are responsible for delivering a seamless guest service, exceeding guest expectations and creating a truly memorable experience.
Working as a member of our elite reception team, you will play your part in creating the best first impression on behalf of our client, ensuring that guests have a smooth transition through the building and to their host.
You will be helping to manage the clients meeting spaces, coordinating requests, ensuring hospitality requirements are met and the highest standards of housekeeping are kept throughout.
You will be responsible for operating the main switchboard, answering the telephone promptly and politely in line with the agreed steps of service procedure.
You will be responding to a variety of support requests from the client and their guests, working with the Amonet Help Desk to ensure that all tasks are logged and progressed to completion. This includes the areas of catering and hospitality, cleaning, maintenance and engineering, furniture storage, Health and Safety assessments and testing and office services
What are We are looking for?
You will understand what 5-star guest service looks like, and be passionate and innovative in your Guest Service delivery.
You will have good communication skills, and a friendly and positive personality.
You will be organised and able to multi-task, using the business tools available to you to run an efficient and effective operation.
experience of the Amonet Help Desk system or similar will be a definite advantage.
Previous experience in a prestigious corporate environment is essential.

• A salary of £27,683 per year, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
• 20 day’s holiday per year (plus public holidays) rising to 21 days after 1 year’s service.
