Duties
Co-ordinate the day to day running of the front desk, liaising with Housekeeping, Finance and Engineering to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently.
Responsible for cash float and its contents.
Responsible for efficient handling and delegation of all porter service requests.
Assist guests by offering, but not limited to, obtaining courier services, cinema, theatre tickets, restaurant reservations, private car hire, taxis, sightseeing tours, airline reservations, delivery and collection of parcels for guests and making appointments.
Handle all enquiries and requests from guests, visitors and office Suites.
Ensure all charges are posted every shift.
Handle incoming/outgoing parcels/mails for tenants, owners and office Suites.
Handle minor complaints in a satisfactory manner through to conclusion and communicate accordingly.
Responsible for checking apartments before expected arrivals and provide welcome amenities.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is in place for every arrival.
Rent/deposit payments as per invoice
Registration details are correct and update in Epitome.
Ensure apartment keys and safe key are available upon arrival.
Personal Specification
2 + Years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of MS Office tools
Ability to prioritise work loads
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Courteous, confident, efficient, self-disciplined and self-motivated.
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Consistent and composed approach towards guests and staff in demanding situations.
Ability to work under pressure and independently without supervision.
Must be a team player with strong attention to detail.
Professional attitude and appearance
Flexibility
Demonstrate a proactive approach to work
