Due to our growth we now have an exciting opportunity within our company for a compliance Administrator to support and work with our compliance Team. We are offering training and development to anyone who wants a career within recruitment, business administration and is looking for a position with career progression.
This role will be responsible for the application of inside passes for JBS inside aviation projects and full on the job training will be provided.
Your main responsibilities and key deliveries will include the following:
• Completion of paperwork and collation of vetting records to make applications for JBS inside passes
• Applying for employee DBS’s, CTC’s and GSAT as required or directed
• Requesting references for operatives working for aviation projects by phone and emails
• Maintaining accurate records of operatives working for aviation projects on a temporary, landside or permanent pass
• Scanning and filing electronic and paper file application records of operatives working on aviation projects
• General administrative tasks
Person Specification
• Must be highly organised in order to fulfil this role and able to manage mass data.
• Good Communication Skills
• Must have good attention to detail
• You need to be dedicated and have an assertive manner.
• You will be proficient with using Excel, Outlook and Word, along with an ability to pick up internal systems quickly
