compliance Administrator required to assist our busy Airport compliance Team based in Eastcote.

Overview:
Responsible for undertaking pre-employment referencing, criminal record checks, security and other checks as required in a timely and professional manner, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and in line with client service level agreements and KPI’s.

Main Responsibilities:
To gather referencing information, covering the past 5 year history.
Enter requests onto the JBS tracker, creating candidate packs.
Request and ensure all relevant candidate information is available to undertake complete compliance process.
Send out reference and information requests and chase up as required.
Liaise with candidates and referee’s in writing and verbally.
Input information onto internal tracker and forms as necessary.
Inform client/Account managers of completed or abandoned packs.
Forward completed packs to clients once finished.
Upload completed packs onto the airport based web portals.

Requirements
Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
Must have good communication skills verbally and in writing.
Must have a can do attitude
Previous office administration experience.

Immediate Start
This position is offered on an ongoing temporary basis but there is opportunity for this to be permanent.
Hours: 8.00-5.30pm (1 hr lunch) Monday – Friday.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
