Snap Care is a specialist agency. We recruit high calibre support workers, specialist / SEND Nannies, Carers and Personal Assistants to support children and adults with disabilities or additional needs. We seek to recruit candidates who are passionate about working with people with disabilities and maximising their opportunities.
We are based in Shoreditch, London EC2, but support families and clients across the UK and Internationally.
We are seeking someone who is confident, highly organised and a good communicator, to support our busy recruiters. This is an interesting role will that will involve all aspects of the recruitment process. Your input will enable the recruiters to meet the needs of a growing number of clients.
Essential Requirements:
experience working in an office environment
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Ability to work and communicate well within the team
A positive attitude to supporting and enhancing the lives of families and clients with disabilities or additional needs
Computer literate
Articulate, polite with a good telephone manner
Desirable:
A background in sales will be particularly welcome
experience with children / adults with disabilities or additional needs would be ideal
