L’etranger has just launched the membership for Meursault, our late night bar and lounge with an additional dining area. Whilst following the same high standards as L’etranger, this new addition will have its own identity incorporating some of the dishes from upstairs with the addition of many creations exclusive to Meursault. Regular DJ’s and bespoke events will sit alongside a unique Cocktail listing of the highest quality.
Job Specification:
• We are looking for a Senior Head Cocktail Bartender to take responsibility for the smooth running of the Bar
• We have built up a great relationship with our regular guests which you will be required to maintain whilst welcoming them to our latest venture and introducing new guests to complete the L’etranger experience
• We ask that you take ownership for Bar, making cocktails, be in charge of all bar operations.
Personal Specification:
• We want a confident and committed person who will report directly to the General Manager and the Directors.
• If you are hands on and able to work independently and enjoy being part of a vibrant, forward-thinking, professional team we would like to hear from you.
You must have at least 2 years experience in a Senior Bar position.
