What We Are Looking For

Talented Commis Waiters with a big passion for service and the hospitality industry.
Sense of humility, a warm and genuine nature and the desire to enhance every guest experience.
The ability to work as part of a team to help the restaurant’s Head and Assistant Waiters.
Attention to detail and to be responsible for making sure all back of house tasks are completed to an extremely high standard.
Good command of English
Previous experience as a Commis Waiter or Assistant Waiter at a Michelin star or fine dining restaurant is preferred, although not essential.
