We are now looking for a bright and keen Commis Chef / Deli Chef to join the main kitchen working with a team of.
5. As Commis Chef / Deli Bar Chef you will be looking after the food offering at our popular cafe - bar including sandwiches, salads and morning goods as well as light meals and bar snacks.
This would be a great opportunity for a GA or deli chef to take a step up, learn new skills and progress in their career.
Job role
- Work with other chefs in all other sections within the kitchen such as sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery.
- Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef.
- You will be responsible for all food preparation work and basic cooking under the supervision of a chef de partie or section chef.
Candidate profile
- As Commis Chef / Deli Bar Chef you will have at least one years experience in a professional kitchen, either restaurant, hotel or contract catering.
- The ideal Commis Chef/ Deli Bar Chef will be a good communicator, reliable and a team player.
- You will possess excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Be creative and innovative!
- Show drive and passion for producing good quality food!
