(i) 1 passionate Commis Chef with 2 + years of experience, and
(ii) 1 motivated Kitchen Porter
We are an Award Winning Pizza Restaurant with a wood-fired oven coming from Naples, offering different types of doughs, leveraging on the Founder’s expertise in the pizza making and restaurants’ management. We have ambitious growth plans for the next 5 years and we are looking for the right candidates to be part of our growth story.
Our menu is focused on pizzas, and accompanied by a selection of starters, salads and desserts. We source fresh top quality ingredients from local suppliers. Starters, plates and salads are Italian style and made with ingredients linked to pizza (eg mozzarella, burrata, vegetables, cured meat); desserts are all home-made at the restaurant.
We are an independent company and an ambitious team with complementary skills: from restaurant management to marketing, from business development to finance. We wish to create a friendly and stimulating working environment and one of our key priorities is to retain and fairly compensate our staff over the long term.
Who shall apply:
The right candidate for the commis chef will have at least 2 years of experience of working in an Italian restaurant. You will be responsible for the preparation of starters, salads and desserts. Your line manager will be the Director of Operations, who has 20 + years of experience in this sector so this is a great opportunity to learn new skills.
