Pearson and Hearn serve the best coffee and tea but also great food, breads and cakes. We are based in Bromley Common in Kent/South East London, BR2. Closest stations are Bromley South and Bickley.
We require experienced, responsible and reliable individuals to undertake everyday tasks such as general shop maintenance but most importantly preparing and serving delicious quality food, artisan coffees and teas. Serving and building relationships with our awesome loyal customers will be paramount.
We are looking for people to work semi-flexible hours of between 15-35 hours per week which will be weekdays and/or weekends.
We are seeking people who are enthusiastic, sociable, energetic and trustworthy who can work on their own initiative. You must be focused on great customer service, exceptional shop and food hygiene and want to assist us to further grow our thriving business.
Applicants will ideally have barista, food hygiene and retail customer service experience although training can be given.
Fluent English is required as is the right to work in the UK. Living locally and being able to drive would also be very beneficial.
