Barrio Bars is a growing, dynamic group of Latin inspired cocktail bars offering a warm welcome, fresh, tasty street food and party starting music in vibrant, exciting surroundings.
We are looking for passionate, and ambitious cocktail bartenders to join our team. What we need from you:

Ideally 1 year or more experience as a cocktail bartender in a similar faced paced environment.
A LOVE of cocktails, and for delivering fantastic customer service.
You're a positive person, who likes working as part of a team.
You can keep calm, and smiling in a sometimes crazy environment.
You must be legally able to work in the UK, and over 18 years of age.

What we can offer you as a cocktail bartender:

Full or Part time available (minimum 30 hours per week)
Up to £10 per hour including service charge, + tips on top.
Staff food on every shift
Quarterly staff parties and annual trip (last year we went to Lisbon) for best performers.
Opportunity to become a Trainee Manager after 6 months.
Referral fee every time you introduce a friend to the Barrio Familia and they pass their probation.
