Ruby's Dalston, a vibrant underground Cocktail Bar and Lounge is looking for a passionate, characterful, creative and energetic Cocktail Bartender. The position offers a lot of room to experiment on as you will be working close together with the Management team in creating a new seasonal menu every 3 months. Knowledge of Classic Cocktails and a passion for creating new ones is a must. We work hard but in a relaxed, fun fashion.

Payment is dependant on experience. Part-time and full-time positions available.
