We are  a well established no nonsense bar and club in central London.
We are refurbishing our venue and dusting off our old habits to deliver a new exciting cocktail list based on Daiquiri.
To achieve this we are looking for eager bartender willing to help us - a minimum experience is needed as the basic bartending skills are necessary - can you make an old fashioned, a daiquiri (of course), are you familiar with a Manhattan?
That is the knowledge part, then we are after someone that like bartending for what it is: making awesome drinks and ensuring the guests are having the time of their life. Warning! That does not mean getting into insane shenanigans. Just reasonable ones whilst following club rules and keeping both the stock and the clients happy.

You will obviously be required to be eligible to work in the UK, be fluent in English, reliable.

Remember that as a night club, we finish late but we take care of our own to make sure they go home safely.
