Breddos Tacos is a 40 seater restaurant located in Clerkenwell, a place you can stop in for a breakfast bite, or stay all night listening to vinyl, eating small plates and drinking cocktails with friends.
The menu will focus on regional Mexican and Pocho (Mexican-American) cuisine using the best of British produce. The vibrant restaurant takes its inspiration from the roadside taquerias visited by founders, Nud Dudhia and Chris Whitney, on their extensive travels throughout Mexico and America.

The ideal Kitchen Candidate -
• You have experience in a fast moving dynamic environment
• You value learning and development and are looking to join a hard working team, aiming to making the best modern Mexican food out there.
• You are fascinated by food and are constantly trying to better what has existed before.
• You want to work with the best produce from the best suppliers, creating the best product that you can.
• You want to contribute your own ideas and techniques and be a part of a creative kitchen environment
• You’re not precious. You Muck in. You appreciate some ideas work and some don’t but are not afraid to try new things.
• You are humble. There are no egos, and no drama.
