We are recruiting Chefs of all levels to be part a renowned group of restaurants. Our critically acclaimed Spanish tapas restaurants, one with a Michelin star, are committed to exceptional food and customer experience.
We are currently looking for chefs to work across the kitchen on mise en place and delivery of an authentic classic and seasonal dishes. This is a clearly defined brand with exceptional standards and reputation.

This role will support the kitchen team, working across all sections of the restaurant.
You will be responsible for the delivery of all food items, managing mise en place and stock rotation. You will be ambitious and professional person, who can work within a team and maintain a high level of motivation. This role is suited to someone who is enthusiastic, determined and focused, who wants to enjoy delivering excellent food and service every day.

A bit about us:

Barrafina is a Spanish tapas bar owned and operated by restaurateurs Sam and Eddie Hart. There are three Barrafinas in London; Adelaide Street and Drury Lane in Covent Garden and the original site, initially on Soho’s Frith Street which has now moved around the corner to Dean Street. Each restaurant has an open kitchen, a beautiful marble-Topped bar where guests can sit and watch the chefs at work and stylish red leather stools. The a la Carte menus comprise authentic regional dishes from around Spain. There is also a daily changing specials menu. The succinct wine list features the finest Spanish sherries, Cavas and wines. We take bookings for groups of 8 to 32 in our private dining space at Adelaide Street and 8 to 28 people at Drury Lane.
