Chefs all levels – High End Brasserie – Excellent Progression Opportunity.
Our client is a High End Brasserie which requires experience chefs all levels to join their experienced team of chefs. The salary is 26,000 Chef de Partie, 22,000 Demi Chef de Partie,19,000 Commie Chef per year working 5 – 6 shifts a week over 5 days. This a la Carte restaurant serves dishes of a high quality in one of London’s most exclusive locations. The restaurant focuses on British favourites, comfort food classics and seasonal specials. Everything is prepared on site from breads to ice creams with every chef in the kitchen working with the finest, fresh ingredients. This Brasserie is part of a rapidly expanding International group. Opportunities to progress are inherent as the group are committed to in-house promotion.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in staff management and will be able to maintain impeccable food hygiene standards at all times.
The ideal candidate will have:
·A passion for food made with fresh ingredients.
·experience in a 4/5* Hotel.
·Rosette experience will be an advantage.
·experience working in a similar environment.
·Ambition to progress within a prospering group of restaurants.
·experience and ability to undertake all managerial aspects of the kitchen such as managing rotas, stock control, maintaining 5* food hygiene ratings, etc.
·Excellent communication skills.
