Chefs, All Levels, Japanese Restaurants
Currently sourcing chefs at all levels with experience in fine dining Japanese restaurants for a number of prestige clients in central London.
Sous Chefs, CDP Hot Kitchen and Sushi Chefs required.
Showcasing cutting edge contemporary Japanese cuisine with the accent on the finest ingredients, innovative presentation and intense flavours. Standards throughout are exceptionally high. Duties will include hot kitchen, Robata and Sushi work.
We are looking for enthusiastic chefs with good basic kitchen skills, excellent knife work, a flexible “can do” attitude and a real passion for cooking; adaptable, self aware, punctual and keen to learn;
Required: Qualifications / Skills / experience
Passion and enthusiasm for food and quality,
Creative flair
Excellent attention to detail
A high level of spoken English
Previous experience cooking to 2 AA Rosette standard with appropriate professional qualifications.
You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this position.
Previous experience of Japanese cuisine is not essential
Interviews will include a cooking trial
5 day week straight shifts
