Bone Daddies is a casual dining, fast-growing group of creative Japanese-inspired restaurants across London. We are currently operating 5 ramen bars as well as 2 other Japanese brands within our group.

Due to internal development and ongoing expansion, we are looking for a number of chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team in Bermondsey.
Located near the Bermondsey beer mile, our kitchen is open Friday - Sunday, offering our steaming hot bowls of ramen, as well as showcasing our new dishes from our development chef.
The ideal person will have worked in a high-volume, fresh food kitchen for a minimum of 12 months. You will not need to be experienced with Japanese produce/cuisine as training will be provided, however a willingness to learn and a passion for food is essential. You will be hands on, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure under the direction of the Head Chef.
This role will be either part time (Friday - Sunday) OR Full time (3 days in Bermondsey and 2 days in another Bone Daddies Site)
