Based in the Kings Cross/Caledonian Rd area, we're a young restaurant looking for chefs at all levels to join the team - from kitchen manager to commis chefs.
If you enjoy stability and have a passion for delivering great quality food consistently each time, every time then we want to hear from you. 
You must:
- Understand Food Safety Procedures and Controls
- Be chilled under pressure and willing to work hard
- Be willing to Muck in and help with all aspects of the kitchen
- experience with a coal grill or Vietnamese food a big advantage
